Refunds/Exchanges

Please read the following.  If you are eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us at info@insolesandbeyond.com

Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 60 days.  If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@insolesandbeyond.com.

Exchanges:  We will replace defective or damaged items at no charge to you.  If we sent you the wrong item(s), we will replace it/them at no charge to you.  If you ordered the wrong product or size, we will exchange it without a restocking fee.  If the replacement item is less than the original purchase, you will be refunded the difference less shipping.  If the replacement item is more than the original purchase, you will be charged the difference plus shipping. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges The basic policy is this: If it was our mistake, we pay the shipping; if it was your mistake, you pay the shipping.  In other words, if we shipped you the wrong item, we pay the shipping.  If the item is defective or falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we pay the shipping.  If you chose the wrong size or style of a particular product and want a refund or exchange, you pay the shipping both ways.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refused Shipments:  If you purchase an item and then refuse delivery of the shipment and allow the shipment to be returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the shipping costs. 

Items Under Manufacturer’s Warranty:  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Review the manufacturer’s warranty to see if you qualify for a refund/exchange and then contact us at info@insolesandbeyond.com for further instructions.
