Insoles and Beyond offers free shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required. We try out best to ship orders on the same day for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will likely ship the next business day.
How we ship your order depends in large part on what you order. Our primary method of shipping is through the United States Post Office - either First Class or Priority Mail. As a general rule, if you order one pair of insoles, they will ship First Class. If you order more than one pair of insoles, they are likely to ship Priority Mail.
DISCOUNTED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
We fulfill orders from around the globe. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping outside of the United States. We do, however, offer discounted rates.
The shipping fee will be automatically calculated for you at checkout. The fee is determined by weight. Here are some rough estimates:
1 to 2 insoles - $14.95
3 to 4 insoles - $19.95
5 to 6 insoles - $24.95
7 to 8 insoles - $32.95
9 to 10 insoles - $39.95
11 to 12 insoles - $41.95
13 to 14 insoles - $43.95
15 to 16 insoles - $45.95
17 to 18 insoles - $47.95
19 to 20 insoles - $49.95

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
The Post Office does not provide shipping and tracking information for International Orders. International orders have a Customs Number instead of a Tracking Number.
Your order MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER’S BILLING ADDRESS.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always your responsibility.
We do not mark items as "gifts".
Orders are typically delivered within 7-18 business days from the date of shipment. However, there are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
