Powerstep UltraStretch Night Sock

Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint (Sock) by Powerstep

Powerstep has built a reputation of being a leading provider of innovative and effective products that address the needs of people dealing with all kinds of foot, arch, heel, and leg pain. We are proud to sell Powerstep insoles, and now we are thrilled to offer the UltraStretch night sock.

Stretching the plantar fascia overnight reduces heel pain in the morning

If you’ve got plantar fasciitis pain, calf muscle cramps or muscle tightening, Achilles tendonitis, or any other heel or arch pain that benefits from gentle stretching, you’ll want to try the UltraStretch night sock from Powerstep. This innovative solution for plantar fasciitis provides a gentle dorsiflexion stretch all night long.

The UltraStretch is one of the most comfortable night splints for plantar fasciitis.

The latex-free UltraStretch night sock is soft, breathable, and lightweight. The sock itself is made of a nylon/polyester/spandex woven material that is comfortable to wear and easy to care for, and the strap is a durable nylon/polyester blend that attaches to the sock’s special non-stretch toe. It’s the most comfortable alternative to night splints that we’ve found.

The UltraStretch night sock comes in two sizes so you can have the best fit possible. Sizing is based on calf measurement. The Regular UltraSock fits people with a calf circumference measurement up to 16 inches. The Large UltraSock fits a calf measuring between 16 and 21 inches. To determine the right size for you, measure your calf around its widest part.

Using the UltraStretch plantar fasciitis sock

Using the UltraStretch sock is simple and intuitive. With the straps detached, slide the UltraSock on as any other sock. The top of the UltraSock should come below the knee – don’t pull it so tight that the toe stretches out. Once on, fasten the calf band at a tightness that is comfortable but secure. Rest the foot at a 90-degree angle (we recommend standing on the floor) and loop the dorsiflexion strap through the ring at the top of the UltraSock. Pull the dorsiflexion strap until the toes come about an inch off the ground, and fasten it. This should provide a noticeable stretch as it is – be careful not to stretch any further than this.
